Cookbook-Recipes Pre-Sub Form

Thanks so much for your interest in Cookbook-Recipes!

Before I subscribe you to the list...I need to let you know a little more about it...so that way you can decide if you REALLY want to join.

Cookbook-Recipes is a special list...a list where we get things done! Each listmember will choose any cookbook (or book containing recipes) and will type 10 recipes from the book per month until each recipe has been submitted to the list.

This list requires NO special recipe management software...all you need is an e-mail client, a text editor/word processor...and possibly a ZIP utility.

You will be expected to format 10 recipes per month. Your 10 recipes are to be sent in within the calender month; you will be unsubscribed at the start of the next month if you do not fulfill your previous month's assignment. I do understand that *life happens*...so if personal urgent business will preclude you from doing your assignment within its month...just let me know privately.

Read the list welcome letter for further details about what exactly is expected on the list. Make sure to read the section about the tiered rewards for being a good member of the list!

If you think that this list is for you, simply submit the form below, filling in ALL fields. Tell me which cookbook(s) you'd like to work on. I will then subscribe you to the list.

If you do not want to subscribe after reading all this, that's OK. Just don't submit the form!

Which cookbook would you like to start with? Any cookbook is acceptable (no matter how old!).

Please list a second and third choice in case your first is not available. If you fill in these fields, you will be assigned these cookbooks as well as your first (if they are available)...as I know it is more fun to format from a variety of books rather than being stuck with just one.

3. Do you have the time to enter 10 recipes per assignment for this list? We are going to be pretty strict about everybody completing their assignment each month for this list. People will be unsubbed for not participating.
