Info-Ideas-Tips-N-Tricks is for sharing any cooking related information, ideas, tips, and tricks! These can be from published sources, the Web...and even your own! For list purposes, I'll define each part of the list name: INFO: Any strictly informational, just-the-facts, FYI, kinda stuff. IDEAS: These can be ideas for recipes or menus, but NOT recipes themselves. For instance, and idea would be: Add a line of hardboiled eggs in the center of your meatloaf before cooking. This idea would not include the meatloaf recipe. If someone posts a detailed menu, it would be OK to include the recipes! TIPS: Information that is actually usable! TRICKS: Pointers that make life easier. We may find that these definitions change over time. Basically, I would like the list to share any non-recipe cooking information...and we can define *information* as broadly as we like. This list was started on Cooking-Lists.com on January 30, 2005.

Once confirmation is received, your request will be held for approval by the list moderator. You will be notified of the moderator's decision by email.
